Guest Speaker: Stephanie Ho, Solo to the south Pole 2026

Stephanie Ho is an adventurer and endurance athlete residing in the Gold Coast, Australia. She is always in search of new adventure projects to push herself mentally and physically beyond what she thought previously possible.

Over the past few years, Stephanie has skied across Greenland, ran from Canberra to Sydney to fundraise for a Nepalese school and skied across Europe's largest mountain plateau solo.

After five years of planning and preparation, in 2026 she will attempt to become the first Australian woman to ski solo from the Antarctic coast to the South pole.

Hailing from an exercise physiology background, she will be partnering with scientists through the expedition to research physiological adaptations in extreme environments.
